So… It all started with a simple realization –
A few years back, 2019 to be precise, Our team at Ascertain Technologies was working on online payment solution for an e-commerce platform. In the process, we began to explore the needs of businesses outside e-commerce too which was when we discovered a glaring gap in the market, i.e., “The existing payment solutions in Malaysia are not meeting the complete payment needs of businesses outside e-commerce industry.”
So, we decided to build a Digital Payment eco-system, that eliminates the burden of repetitive payment tasks in businesses by automating, thereby simplifying Billing for staff and payments for end customers. And that’s how ladies and gentlemen, RinggitPay was born!!
Every year, we revise and refresh to bring the best version of the platform to our Merchants and our current rebranding stands as evidence to it. From focusing on solving one payment problem confined to one industry- to building an entire payment eco-system that aims to solve most payment challenges in business across various industries, we have come a long way, and we have miles to go!
